How does Co-Op Credit Union protect my information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you.
How does Co-Op Credit Union collect my information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you
  • Open an account or deposit or withdraw from your account
  • Apply for a loan or provide account information
  • Give us your income information

Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Co-Op Credit Union does not share with affiliates.
Non‑Affiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies. Co-Op Credit Union does not share with non-affiliates.
Joint Marketing A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Out joint marketing partners include insurance companies.
Other Important Information
In accordance with Wisconsin law, Co-Op Credit Union will not share information we collect about Wisconsin residents with companies outside of Co-Op Credit Union, except as permitted by law, such as legal processes or as required to service your account. We will limit sharing within our company to the extent required by applicable Texas law.
Account Deletion & Data Removal
At Co-op Credit Union, we understand the importance of having control over your

member-focused institution, we are committed to transparency and empowering you
with the tools necessary to manage your information securely. We understand that you
may want to remove your data from our systems after deleting our mobile app.
Therefore, we have established this procedure to ensure you have full control over

Upon deleting the Co-op Credit Union mobile app from your device, some of your
information may remain on our systems. You can request the removal of your data
from our systems at any time. We respect your right to manage your personal
information as you see fit.
