Student Member Service Representative - Black River Falls
This is a part-time opening for high school students in the Black River Falls school district. Student Member Service Representatives are responsible for being the “face” of CCU and welcoming members and non-members in a friendly and professional manner. They meet members' financial needs by providing exceptional, efficient service on a wide variety of transactions. They also work at Tiger Credit Union, our Black River Falls High School in-school branch, during school hours and promote financial wellness to other high school students.
 
Desired qualifications include basic mathematical skills, computer skills, and excellent communication skills. Cash handling and/or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Accountant - Black River Falls
We now have an opening for a full-time Accountant position at our Black River Falls Main Office. In this position, you would complete various daily, weekly, and monthly operational accounting functions, with an emphasis on share drafts. You would also assist CCU members and the Accounting Department in various daily operational activities.

Desired qualifications include basic mathematical skills, and excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate also will be well versed in Microsoft Excel and other computer programs, and have excellent attention to detail. A post-secondary education and/or experience in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.

Mortgage Loan Processor - Black River Falls
This is a full-time position based our of our Black River Falls Main Office location. Mortgage Loan Processors are responsible for ensuring efficient processing of documents and completion of various types of mortgage loan packages. They gather information needed to carry out these functions, and offer exceptional and efficient service while meeting members’ financial needs.

Accuracy and being detail-oriented are important skills to be successful in this role. An ideal candidate also will have excellent communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Mortgage loan and/or title knowledge/experience is preferred but not required.

Member Service Representatives - Fall Creek & Black River Falls
We have openings in Fall Creek and Black River Falls for a part-time (30 – 35 hours per week) Member Service Representatives. These positions include a full benefits package. Member Service Representatives are responsible for being the “face” of CCU and welcoming members and non-members in a friendly and professional manner. They meet members' financial needs by providing exceptional, efficient service on a wide variety of transactions. This position is similar to what you might think of as a "teller" at other financial institutions.

If you have experience in public-facing roles, excellent communication, math, and computer skills, and are dedicated to exceptional customer service, CCU could be the right fit for you! Cash handling or related financial industry background is preferred but not required.
