Member Account Representative Onalaska

We have an opening for a full-time Member Account Representative in our Onalaska office. Member Account Representatives are a liaison between the member and the credit union. They provide account information by phone or in-person on the full range of credit union products and services, and open new and service existing share accounts and consumer loans. They also assist with front-line Member Service Representative duties as needed.

An ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service, relationship building, and sound decision making skills. Basic mathematical and computer skills are essential. Related financial and/or cash handling experience is preferred but not required.

Member Service Representative Onalaska

We have openings for Regular Part-Time Member Service Representatives in our Onalaska Office. These positions include a full benefits package and paid time off; hours range between 30-35 hours per week. This position is similar to what you might think of as a “teller” in other financial institutions. Member Service Representatives are the “face” of CCU. They provide exceptional, efficient service during a wide variety of transactions.

An ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills. Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.

Member Contact Agent  Black River Falls

We have an opening for a full-time Member Contact Agent in our Black River Falls Office. In this position, you would provide exceptional and efficient member service over the phone on the full range of credit union products and services.

An ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Related financial background or call center experience is preferred but not required.

Student Member Service Representatives - Black River Falls and Galesville

We are now hiring students for our Black River Falls and Galesville locations. These positions are similar to what you might think of as a “teller” in other financial institutions. Student Member Service Representatives are the “face” of CCU. They provide exceptional, efficient service during a wide variety of transactions. A typical schedule includes hours after school (as available), on Saturdays, and increased help during school breaks. An ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills. Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
