Member Account Representative - Melrose

We are looking to add Member Account Representatives to our team in our Melrose office! This full-time position offers a complete benefits package, along with generous paid time off, while working as part of a rewarding team that makes a difference every day! Member Account Representatives open new and service existing share accounts, business accounts, etc., as well as assist members with consumer lending needs.

An ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service, and relationship building skills. They will have sound decision making and reasoning skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills. Related financial background is preferred but not required.

Branch Manager - Fall Creek

We have an opening for a full-time Branch Manager in our Fall Creek office! In this position, you will guide and manage the day-to-day operations and staff of the branch office, as well as assist members with consumer and real estate lending needs.

An ideal candidate will have excellent relationship building, decision making, and supervisory management skills. Related background with financial institutions, lending, and leading a team is preferred but not required.

Member Contact Agent - Black River Falls

We have openings for full-time or part-time Member Contact Agents in our Black River Falls Office! In this position, you will provide exceptional and efficient member service over the phone on the full range of credit union products and services.

An ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Related financial background or call center experience is preferred but not required.
