Accountant
We have an opening for a full-time Accountant position at our Black River Falls Main Office. In this position, you would complete various daily, weekly, and monthly operational accounting functions, with an emphasis on share drafts. You would also assist CCU members and the Accounting Department in various daily operation activities. Desired qualifications include basic mathematical skills, and excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate will also be well versed in Microsoft Excel and other computer programs, and have excellent attention to detail. A post-secondary education and/or experience in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.

Marketing Manager
We have an opening for a full-time Marketing Manager at our Black River Falls Main Office location. The Marketing Manager develops, manages, implements, and evaluates the marketing and public relations initiatives of CCU. The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills, as well as experience and creativity with design and editing. Desired qualifications include post-secondary education and/or experience in a related field or industry.

Member Service Representative - Black River Falls
This is a full-time position based out of Black River Falls. Member Service Representatives are responsible for being the "face" of CCU and welcoming members and non-members in a friendly and professional manner. They meet members' financial needs by providing exceptional, efficient service on a wide range of transactions. MSRs are similar to what you might think of as a "teller" at other financial institutions.

Member Contact Agents
We have openings in Black River Falls for full-time Member Contact Agents. These positions include a competitive wage and benefits package. Member Contact Agents provide exceptional, efficient service to our members over the phone. They perform a variety of transactions on the full range of credit union products and services, as well as various other administrative duties.

If you have excellent communication and computer skills, and are dedicated to exceptional customer service, this position could be the right fit for you! Multi-phone line or related financial industry background is preferred but not required.
