Member Service Representative - Black River Falls, WI
This is a part-time position (30-35 hours per week) based out of Black River Falls. Member Service Representatives are the “face” of CCU. They welcome members and non-members in a friendly and professional manner, and meet their financial needs by providing exceptional, efficient service on a wide range of transactions.

Desired qualifications include excellent customer service and communication skills. Cash handling and/or related financial background is preferred but not required. An ideal candidate will also have basic mathematical skills, computer skills, and the ability to operate general office equipment. This position includes a full benefits package.

Member Contact Agent – Black River Falls, WI
This is a full-time position based out of Black River Falls. Member Contact Agents help meet members’ financial needs by providing exceptional, efficient service over the phone on the full range of credit union products and services. They promote and cross sell CCU products and services to members, as well as several other individualized duties.

If you thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be the perfect fit for you! Desired skills include excellent communication, customer service, and relationship building skills. An ideal candidate will also have basic mathematical skills, computer skills, and the ability to operate general office equipment. Related financial and/or call center experience is preferred but not required.
