Community Development Coordinator-
This is a full-time position. The work location is a hybrid between a variety of locations throughout our offices and membership region. This position is a liaison to connect the credit union to members and potential members in our communities. They will cultivate new and maintain existing strategic relationships with members, community organizations, businesses, etc. They will provide a variety of share account, consumer lending, financial counseling, and translation services to members, specializing in working with Spanish speaking members. They will also assist in development and implementation of strategic community outreach efforts.
An ideal candidate will be bilingual in speaking both English and Spanish and have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel. Important skills include excellent communication, customer service, relationship building, and decision making. Basic mathematical and computer skills are also helpful. Related financial background is preferred but not required.
We have an opening for a full-time Member Contact Agent in our Black River Falls Office. In this position, you would provide exceptional and efficient member service over the phone on the full range of credit union products and services.
An ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Related financial background or call center experience is preferred but not required.

Student Member Service Representatives - Black River Falls
We are now hiring students for our Black River Falls location. These positions are similar to what you might think of as a “teller” in other financial institutions. Student Member Service Representatives are the “face” of CCU. They provide exceptional, efficient service during a wide variety of transactions. A typical schedule includes hours after school (as available), on Saturdays, and increased help during school breaks. An ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills. Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
