Enhanced Credit Card Safety:

With CCU's Fraud Alerts, you can rest easy knowing your credit card is being monitored 24/7 for potential fraudulent activity. If you have a CCU credit card and a phone number on record, you are automatically enrolled to receive fraud alerts. 

How it works

If there is suspected fraud on your account, you will either receive a text message or phone call asking if you recognize the recent transaction. If the transaction is legitimate, respond 'Yes'. You can then continue using your card as normal. If you did not authorize the transaction, respond 'No'. You will then be asked to contact a fraud specialist.

You may be contacted by our Fraud Department from one of the following numbers. We encourage you to add all four of these numbers into your contacts to ensure you receive these time sensitive messages.

Have an issue?
  • Disable your credit card anytime through Mobile Banking by selecting 'Card Controls'.
  • To dispute any credit card transaction, call 800-357-4441.

Notify CCU of your travels

Many countries are blocked due to international fraud. Notify CCU of your travels will minimize the chances of your card being restricted when you are trying to make a legitimate purchase. However, the card company still will look at each transaction, which means your card could still be restricted or a transaction denied for your protection.
