Loan Payment Options

Transfers from a CCU Account

  • CCU Online Banking and Mobile
    • Set up one-time or recurring transfers from your CCU account within CCU Online Banking and Mobile.
    • Haven't created your CCU Online Banking account yet?  Click here to enroll today!
  • CCU Auto-Pay
    • Set up weekly, bi-weekly or monthly transfers from a CCU savings or checking account or through payroll deduction so it is applied each time you receive a paycheck
    • Call 800-258-0023, or stop by any office and have Member Services set-up for the best auto-pay option for you.
  • CCU Talk
    • Call 800-258-5756 for 24-hour access to your CCU Account. Use touch-tone or voice commands to make payments from your CCU savings and checking accounts.
    • Set up CCU Talk by calling the number above. Have your member account number and social security number handy; you will be asked to set up a 4-digit pin
  • Mail, Phone or In-person
    • Send a check or money order to Co-op Credit Union, PO Box 157, Black River Falls, WI 54615. Include your member account number and loan suffix on your check.
    • Call 800.258.0023 to transfer funds from your CCU account. 
    • Stop by one our locations. 

Transfers from another Financial Institution

  • Pay Your Loan
    • Use your debit card or bank account from another financial institution to make a one-time or recurring loan payment.
    • Pay Your Loan can be found in the upper right corner next to the CCU Online Banking login. Have your member account number and the last four digits of your social security number ready.
  • Automatic Payments
    • Set up weekly, bi-weekly or monthly transfers from your checking or savings at another financial institution through ACH.
    • Call 800-258-0023, or stop by any office and have Member Services set-up for the best auto-pay option for you.
