Join our team as our Member Contact Center Manager in our Black River Falls office! The Member Contact Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Member Contact Center. This role involves supervising, guiding, and coaching staff, as well as serving as the go-to resource for complex transactions and sensitive member interactions. The manager also performs all Member Contact Agent duties as needed to support the team and ensure consistent, high-quality service.
 
We're looking for a candidate with strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and customer service skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building positive relationships, and are committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering a collaborative team culture, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! While call center experience, a financial services background, and prior supervisory experience are preferred, they are not required.
 
We have an opening for a full-time Member Account Representative in our La Crosse office! In this position, you will serve as a vital liaison between our members and the credit union. You will assist members with account information, both over the phone and in person, covering a wide range of credit union products and services. Additionally, you will open new share accounts and service existing consumer loans, while also providing backup support for Member Service Representatives (teller) duties as needed.
 
An ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with sound decision-making abilities and basic mathematical and computer proficiency skills. Mortgage Loan Processors are responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of documentation and the accurate completion of a variety of mortgage loan packages. If you have strong written communication and listening skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, this position could be the right fit for you! Previous experience in mortgage lending or title work is preferred but not required.
 
We have an opening for a full-time Member Service Representative at our Onalaska office! In this role, you'll be the welcoming "face" of the credit union, helping members with financial needs with friendly, efficient, and exceptional service across a variety of transactions.
 
An ideal candidate will have strong communication and excellent customer service skills. Basic math and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, is important. Experience with cash handling or a background in financial services is preferred but not required. This position offers a competitive benefits and time off package.
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting new full-time position located out of Black River Falls, WI, and includes a competitive benefits and paid time off package.

The Data Analyst collaborates with various CCU departments and employees to collect, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data and provide valuable reporting and analysis functions to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. They also monitor the performance, security, and integrity of the credit union’s databases.
