Branch Manager - La Crosse / Onalaska
We're looking for a full-time Branch Manager to lead our La Crosse and Onalaska branches! In this role, you'll guide the day-to-day operations of both offices while creating a positive experience for our members and employees. You'll coach and develop staff, support consumer lending needs, ensure efficient branch operations, and help lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional member service. You'll work closely with team members to solve problems, assist with complex member needs, build relationships within the community, and promote the credit union's products and services.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are essential, as well as a commitment to providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service. Candidates should be comfortable working with consumer loans, share accounts, and a variety of financial products and services. Basic math and computer skills are important, along with the ability to address sensitive situations with professionalism and confidence. A related education and/or financial background is preferred but not required. We look forward to hearing from you!
Loan Officer - Onalaska
We're looking for a full-time Loan Officer to join our team in Onalaska! In this role, you'll provide friendly, professional, and efficient service while helping members with a variety of lending needs, including consumer loans, real estate loans, and share account services. You'll guide members through the lending process by gathering and analyzing financial information, making lending decisions, completing loan closings and inspections, and building strong, lasting relationships.
The ideal candidate will have, or be able to obtain, a limited insurance license and a mortgage license. Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with sound judgment and decision-making abilities. Basic math and computer skills are important, as is the ability to understand financial information and evaluate creditworthiness. Part-Time Member Service Representative - La Crosse / Onalaska
We have an opening for a part-time Member Service Representative at our La Crosse and Onalaska office! In this role, you'll be the welcoming "face" of the credit union, helping members with financial needs with friendly, efficient, and exceptional service across a variety of transactions.
An ideal candidate will have strong communication and excellent customer service skills. Basic math and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, is important. Experience with cash handling or a background in financial services is preferred but not required.
Commercial Loan Officer - Black River Falls

Member Contact Agent - Black River Falls
We have an opening for a full-time or part-time Member Contact Agent in our Black River Falls office! In this position, you'll provide exceptional and efficient member service over the phone on a full range of credit union products and services.
An ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Related financial background or call center experience is preferred but not required. We look forward to hearing from you!

Member Account Representative - Strum
We have an opening for a full-time Member Account Representative in our Strum office! As a Member Account Representative, you'll serve as the liaison between members and the credit union. Responsibilities include providing account information in person and over the phone, assisting members on the full range of credit union products and services, and opening and maintaining share accounts and consumer loans.
An ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to make sound decisions. Basic math skills and computer proficiency is important. Related financial background experience is preferred but not required. We can't wait to hear from you!
Commercial Credit Analyst - Flexible Work Location
We're adding a Commercial Credit Analyst to our team! In this role, you'll support our Member Business Lending team by analyzing commercial and agricultural loan requests, reviewing financial information, and preparing credit recommendations to support sound lending decisions. You'll work closely with lenders to evaluate creditworthiness, identify risks, monitor existing relationships, and maintain accurate loan documentation.
An ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is important, and knowledge of commercial or agricultural lending is a plus. A related degree or financial background is preferred but not required. We look forward to hearing from you!
