Member Contact Agent - Black River Falls
We have openings for full-time or part-time Member Contact Agents in our Black River Falls Office! In this position, you would provide exceptional and efficient member service over the phone on the full range of credit union products and services.
Member Account Representative – Melrose Office
We are looking to add Member Account Representatives to our team in our Melrose office! This full-time position offers a complete benefits package, along with generous paid time off, while working as part of a rewarding team that makes a difference every day! Member Account Representatives open new and service existing share accounts, business accounts, etc. as well as assist members with consumer lending needs.
An ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service, and relationship building skills. They will have sound decision making and reasoning skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills. Related financial background is preferred but not required.
