  • Any member of any cooperative organized or existing in Jackson County, WI.

  • Any stockholder of the Fall Creek Supply Co-op or Augusta Farmers Union Co-op.

  • Persons residing, employed or owning property in the following counties in Wisconsin:  Buffalo, Chippewa, Clark, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin or Trempealeau.

  • Persons residing, employed or owning property within a 25-mile radius of the Village of Strum, WI.

  • Persons living, employed or owning property in the townships of Burns, Farmington or Holland, or Village of Holmen in La Crosse County, WI.

  • Persons residing, employed or owning property in the township of Little Falls in Monroe County.
