You will need your Member Account Number and the last four digits of the corresponding Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN) for that account.
Three candidates are running for two seats on Co-op Credit Union's Board of Directors. Candidate information was provided in the winter edition of our quarterly Tran$action Newsletter and also is available in the online voting portal or on the paper ballot.

Q: What is my Member Account Number?
A: Your Member Account Number is your base account number with no suffixes. These are shorter numbers than those used for direct deposits or ACH transactions. They are anywhere from 2 to 6 numbers long, most commonly 4 to 6 numbers long.
Q: Who is eligible to vote?
A: Members who are 18 years or older and became members on or before February 10, 2021.
Q: Which account number should I use to vote? I have more than one.
A: You can use whatever Member Account Number (base account number) you’d like for voting if you have more than one. You will need the member number you want to use and the corresponding last four digits of your SSN or EIN. Primary members on each account are those eligible to vote.
Q: How do I cast my vote?
A: You can vote by clicking the Vote Now link above, or you can request a paper ballot be sent to you. To request a paper ballot, call 888-893-5241. You will enter your Member Account Number into the automated phone system, and a ballot will be sent to the address on file with that account.
Q: How will we be informed of election results?
A: The results of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting, which is being held virtually on Thursday, March 18, 2021, on Facebook Live. The results also will be published in the spring edition of our quarterly Tran$action Newsletter.
